Mosin-Nagant M1938 Carbine Airsoft – Real Wood, Metal, Bolt-Action 390 FPS, the WWII Soviet Carbine

Searching for a Mosin-Nagant M1938 carbine? This is a fully legal 1:1 scale airsoft replica with the same silhouette, length and feel as the historic carbine, and no firearms permit required in most EU countries. A real M1938 means a firearms licence, a gun safe and background checks. This replica ships across the EU and is the simplest way to own an accurate M1938 for display, re-enactment or the airsoft field. Note: airsoft laws vary by country: it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that owning an airsoft replica is legal where they live before purchasing.

The M1938 carbine was the short Mosin-Nagant, made for cavalry, artillery crews and support troops who needed a rifle they could carry on horseback or inside a vehicle. At just 1020 mm it is the handier, rarer sibling of the M1891/30, and the one collectors often find harder to get.

Real wood and blackened metal

The handguard and stock are natural wood with deep grain. The barrel, receiver, bolt, sights, magazine box and trigger group are black-finished metal, with original-style markings on the receiver and steel sling slots in a brass-coloured finish. The adjustable tangent rear sight carries the authentic 100–2000 m graduations.

A bolt-action that feels right

• 90-degree bolt rotation, cycled by hand after every shot, just like the original.
• 380–390 FPS (about 1.35 J) with 0.20 g BBs, comfortably within typical field limits for bolt-action rifles.
• 480 mm inner barrel and adjustable hop-up.
• VSR-10 compatible spring and hop-up rubber with a steel 24 × 193 mm cylinder, so upgrades are simple.
• 37-round detachable magazine, compatible with the magazines of our M1891/30 replica.
